Where a student is under the age of 18 years, acceptance of these Terms must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Any information provided is advisory in nature and should not be considered a guarantee of outcomes.

5. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

The Company cannot guarantee message delivery, timing, or availability.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
